Cost of study includes two main components: 1) Yearly Tuition fees and 2) Living and Accommodation fees. The fees vary based on the geography and institution you chose. Our consultant will talk more about the fees in the meeting you have with them.
All students who are enrolled for a course duration of more than six months are allowed for 20 hours per week work and can work up to 40 hours per week during the summer term break off-campus. However, students need to apply for a Social Insurance Number (SIN) before they can get a job.
Furthermore, students are equally eligible for 40 hours per week work after completing their course. This is known as Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) program offered by the Canadian government.
Yes, students are allowed to being dependents with them on an approved VISA. However, only authorized dependents by the Canadian Immigration are allowed. Students can refer to the Canadian immigration website for more information.
This is a must. Students and any accompanying dependent should compulsorily opt for a private insurance coverage which covers medical care. It’s important that student ask for this service from a private insurance company as they are not covered by the governmental insurance policies.
